Instead of ( AND another shortcut, why cant it just be that other shortcut but not ( ? ( sorta f*cked up sometimes smiles so I wanna use the ` key switch I never use in any conversation while the ( i use very much....

If the quick icon box is popping up and annoying you, you can always lengthen the time it takes before the panel pops up. Go to your preferences (Plus!>Preferences in the contact list or type /config in a convo window)
Go to message helpers tab>
Quick Icons
You can change the time there.

Hmm but still.......more options more user friendly....

I wonder why Plus! Tweak cant do this...

Uncheck Display the panel when a parenthesis is typed.

Plus! >> Preferences >> Message Helpers >> Quick Icons and uncheck Display the panel when a parenthesis is typed.

OK but this doesnt resolve the problem that I want to use ONLY the ` key as my Quick Icons shortcut key.
