However, it does need updating. Maybe 'MSN Messenger 6&7 Goodies' is most appropriate.
Or, to be future proof (when MSNM8 comes out somewhere in the mists of the future), just drop the numbers altogether.

I doesn't matter, because it was a feature from MSN6, so it still fits. If you said MSN Messenger 7 goodies, then it implies it won't work on anything less than 7

I think It would sound better if you just said :
