Well, finally the version 0813 is official now..

Sounds cool, I'm going to download it now, I hope it has a lot of fixes in it... 7.0777 sucked to be honest .

I was under the impression that by releasing a QFE it would be a quick download and would mean not having to download a huge 8MB file as usual. Why then is it taking an age to download? It appears to me that it is as big as a whole new release.

Or am I just missing something ?

Stupid really, why can't they just give us a patch or something ...

Yeah, mess.be didn't mention anything about the QFE patch, maybe later this day they will release the QFE patch.

the patch was for beta testing purposes, not for the public use...

And there is nothing stupid about it; Even if they decide to release a seperate patch, then the main download will still be a full package because of the new people who download messenger for the very first time... (it would be stupid and very inlogical if people should download an older version first and then a patch to start using the latest messenger)

Ya, I agree, they should have the full and the patch... but, meh

The "hide text advertisement in im window" doesn't work anymore with i though... But I haven't had any problems at all with it yet .

Sorry can some point out where it is on the official site, I can't see it anywhere..
