For some reason my sisters account on the laptop downstairs has got some featured packs in it for free One called Hip Hop, one called Xreme sports and one called travel and I think there's another. Why has she got these and I havn't and can I get them anywere?

It is because of the country you selected in options. She might have a different country than yours.
