this means that ur service provider block these services for u ..
ask ur service provider to unblock them for u ...

i'm using WINDOW XP SP2 and norton antivirus 2005. I'd try to turn off my firewall, but it still can't use. Please tell me what to do???

You need to ring your internet provider (eg AOL, NTL, Wanadoo etc.) to unblock audio conversations or video conferences

Go on their website (Google if you don't know it) and find out their telephone number. Tell them the error message you get and they should unblock it or tell you how to unblock it.
