Hmm, I just checked the site and I see that it has a redirection service for blocking referrers. So if you clicked
http://d0x.de/?http://spam.com on these forums, you'd get to spam.com, but your referer would be set to
http://d0x.de/?http://spam.com because you went through d0x.de first.
I assume you want all your links to external sites to use that service? Keeping it hidden sounds impossible.
