For some reason, even when Msn 7.0 was in Beta, i've always had problems pinning emoticons

Just last week i had no problems with pinning emoticons, they were working fine, but now, they just aren't pinning

When i click the 'pin' button, the emoticon doesn't pin

Normally when you click pin, the button fades out, and you can't click it anymore but the button isn't fading out for me

It shows up the top that its pinned, but once i click 'ok' it isn't in my emoticon list

Does anyone know whats going on and if there is a solution to fix it?

It's working fine for me.
Have you got the latest version (7.0.0813)?

It couldn't be msn shell because i had the problem before i installed that

It can't be my skin either because i've uninstalled and reinstalled msn to try and fix it but i've had no luck

And those plugins, i've had them for ages...

You know you don't need the Handwriting plugin with MSNM7?

Anyway, back on topic, does anyone know how to get my emoticons to pin?

The only thing, as far as I can see, that would affect Messenger itself is MSN Shell. But then you've said you had the problem before installing that, so I dunno.

E-mail the MSN Tech guys, see what they say.
Tip: Don't mention anything 3rd party, otherwise they'll worm their way out of helping.

just Open MSN Messenger Main window an click on  HELP an go to SEND FEEDBACK  an look in there for a Contact Technical support
