it wont work if the person who you are trying to block check has put "everyone else" on the block list.

test it and see. it works use two acounts and paly around like i havejust done with that one at the top, it works with that

But if you check the option that was previously stated by saralk...

well they work most of the time, and most people wont have that checked, i know i dont, and none of my friends will play around with option in case they break it and kill the computer or something like that, so im happy to use it in the knowldge it will work for me
