I don't know whether this is a bug or a problem at my end. I am using Plus v 3.50.124 and I periodically get an auto-update notification. I download it successfully but when I try to launch it I get an "Internal Error" message then it aborts. I am running MSN messenger v7.0 on Windows XP and using Mozilla as my default browser. Any help would be appreciated

Ya actually i have the exact same problem and hence i am stuck on Ver 3.52
What u can do is manually download it.
Goto http://www.msgplus.net/download.php and then download thru the simtel server. I also have Firefox and its downloader gets stuck while downloading plus so i download thru the simtel servers and it works Try it

Thanks a heap John, that did it. I fully intended to make do with the old version rather than go back to IE if thats what it took.

This is not a bug in Messenger Plus! and thus shouldn't be in "bug reports". It is rather a mishap on your side(s) with your downloading software (browser, accelerator, whatever)...

@paring: MSIE is still installed on your computer, you don't have to "go back" to it...
