and it just comes up

i can access the site in IE but not firefox??

Have you tried this;
- Uninstall Firefox (Start > Control Panel classic view > Add\Remove Programs > Firefox > Change\Remove > Follow uninstalling)
- Reboot your computer
- Download and install Firefox again

Does the problem still happen?

If that doesn't work, please would you answer these questions;
Do you use a router?
Do you have problems accessing any other website?

i havent reinstalled yet but i do have a wireless router & it hasn't happened with anything else, its only in firefox though, i can still access it in IE....

is there a way to keep my themes and extensions when uninstalling FF?
