the new MSN doesnt have it.. at least.. 7.0.0813 doesnt have

/xcedpstealer what about when that is typed in ?

Msn doesn't have the ce/dp stealer, but if you have Stuffplug NG, it does.

It's no longer in the options panel, you have to type /xcedpstealer in a conversation window for it to appear

and what is happening if it doesnt work.
in the ce/dp stealer i cant see any emoticon or avatar.

You always have been able to "steal" the emoticons and display pictures of your contacts manually. In fact you don't steal anything at all, since the display pictures and emoticons are already saved on your own hard disk... Stealers do nothing more then copying those to another location and you can do this yourself also.
