I have a DVD folder on my hard disk. I made it using DVD Decrypter, there is no copy protection or anything, I don't need piracy help. I want to burn it onto a DVD, but I can't figure out how to using Nero. Assume that it will fit on one disc. I don't need to use Nero, I might download another tool if I have to, but I only have nero installed after fresh installing Windows today.

I'm assuming you mean by DVD folder, you mean AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders. I'm also assuming you have a version of Nero that has StartSmart.

Open Nero StartSmart (make sure the thing on top is selected as DVD), go to Photo/Video and Select Make or Modify DVD-Video (VR), then drag the video_ts and audio_ts folders to their respective folders on Nero and burn.

I don't have an AUDIO_TS folder to burn, do I just leave it empty on the disc?

Yeah, most of the time there isn't one.
