In a conversation window, type "/nick" (without the quotes), leave a blank space and type the nick you want. To change the color, press Ctrl + K, select the color and type. ;)

u can also do this with ColorNick v2 !!! by this u can also add some kool effect like gradient in ur nick... ;)
