Just a little suggestion, people who are banned's reputation should not count, for example;
M_Es reputation he has two negative reps from banned people, why should there reps still count?

But Banned users are normally allowed back after a few days so they wouyld just do the reps again anyway

A rep is a rep, a banned person can't rep..if a rep bothers you just pm WDZ to check it out (if the rep was given for a non-valid reason).

I don't see any reason why they should be removed just because that user isn't onhere anymore.

Exactly. I don't know why people care about reps. I have been given two bad reps because of my "Kill Firefox" sig. It's a joke people!

Of the forums ive a member of that have rep systems, the ones that seem to function more effectively and without abuse are the ones where only postive rep can be given.

Mods however can give negative rep.....
