When I install my Messenger Plus..it installs in Window Messenger...but me , I want that he's install on MSN Messenger 7.0..What can I do?

It's not 'installed in' Windows Messenger at all, and if you run MSN Messenger, Plus! should appear in it.

Plus! does actually install to MSN. It adds new features. Check in the top bar and in your conversation window for Plus!

i had this problem to when i plus lauched msn windows messenger loaded. Run msn messenger and see if those things that mew99 said are there

I install it nad I have the 'Plus' but...in Windows Messenger and not in MSN Messenger 7.0

Make sure you have the latest versions:

I also have this problem with Plus! being attached to Windows Messenger only and not appearing in msn messenger.

I have the latest versions of both (msn messenger 7.0 and plus! 3.54.132)

On downloading plus! it closes msn messenger 7.0  and reopens plus! but in Windows Messenger.....

I have had plus! installed before (a long time ago) so know what features to expect to see.  I had previsouly un-installed it as Norton was constantly listing it as a threat.
However, now I wish to have it again and can just set antivirus software to ignore it if only I could get it to work!!

Any ideas please?

Hum.. my guess is that your registry settings are messed-up. I recommend that you uninstall both Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger (search the forum for instructiosn to uninstall Windows Messenger) and reinstall both of them (or only MSN Messenger if you don't care for the other one), it will probably take care of the problem.

I did do a search for info in the forum on how to deactivate Windows Messenger (rather than uninstall it which creates problems) http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=26...d=258821#pid258821 and it all worked out. 

I didn't have to re-install either msn messenger or plus!, it worked as soon as Windows Messenger had been prevented from starting up without my permission.
