20-30 kilobytes per second is reasonable for 11 megabits per second.
If the connection is fully utilised, you'll get about 1.3MB/s, but when you take into account connection-maintenance data, IP headers, ... {insert muchos bandwidth eaters here} ... you get a speed more like you actually are getting.

yottabyte and everyone else thanx for ur help, but raceprouk has explained it for me i knew connections slowed down the more u do but i didnt relise they do that much as they do nothin. if u get me. tar
