Macromedia Flash is actually a different program that does not come with Windows XP. If you google it you may find a trial version of the program. Some member may know a free flash creater.
So basically choose the one you want, right click it, save target as. Then import it into flash by using Macromedia or some other Flash creation software. Save the newly created flash file, usually with a file extension of SWF. Then use the program mentioned above. Someone might be nice and make the swf files for you.Like me! I made the files using the Large .mov file in each swf file. I have attatched them as a zip file.

Thanks so much It works great The only problem is, when it runs for a while my computer start making the error sound over and over again and it says out of memory or something Any ideas?
Well for me it took like thirty minutes before the errors occured. I went downstairs and was watching TV, when my brother came to me and told me my computer was beeping
