I'm looking for a plugin that lets me change what I want to say automatically... Here is an example
I always say lol when talking to my friends but I want it to say "haha" when i type "lol" in my window.  I think MessengerDiscovery had it or something but I dunno...anyone know of a plugin that could do that for me?

just want it to change lol to haha when i push send

You can do this with Messenger Plus!

At the top of the msn messenger main window click:

Plus > Preferences > Instant messages > Word Filtering

Make sure the 'Enable word filtering' box is checked and then click 'add'

Under 'Direction of the filter' check 'Messages you send'

Then add the word you wish to filter, and the word you wish to replace it with
