I'm thinking of getting a Sound Blaster Audigy 4 Pro but wanted to know what others thought of it. So, what do you think?

I think you should get one for me as well! I've got the Audigy 2 ZS, I should have invested in the Platinum at least because I'm forever reaching behind my case to plug things in. Plus, the input jacks aren't spaced far enough apart

If you're serious, invest in it - but keep in mind that the quality is only going to be as good as the rest of your equipment - you may find you've shelled out twice as much for quality you can't utilize.

wait awhile ..its the first Audigy 4 .. all the 4 range is just fixes up Bugs that were in the Audigy 2 range .. you wont hear any different in sound quality at all,

Good Idea.

i have an Audigy 2 ZS aswell, i wish i had have got the platinum pro edition but i couldnt afford it at the time.

I think its great, go for it, or wait a bit till a better one comes out cause as people above said it just fixes the bugs in 2.

I C, could any one recomend a good card for music production?
