I cannot view chat log.
First, I clicked

When I clicked, a window apppears with the following text

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

What browser are you using when you get this error. Try using various browsers to view the chat log such as;
Internet Explorer
Mozilla Firefox
Netscape
To see if you can view the .xml log.

Unzip the attachment to your chat logs directory.

It should work then
