When you have Oversized Display Pictures disabled (along with the Oversized emoticons of course) it will display your display picture as the normal 96x96 dimensions in your screen. Other people with StuffPlug (or MSNM 6.2) will see it as a large display picture.

but as u know we can't oversize a DP if we dont enable it!! right? and once we enable it, we'll be abel to select the size we want to a picture that we browse, and this will apear in the other person's screen right? as oversized! , but as i read it shouldn't appear in my screen oversized so why it appear oversized.

u said when u disable it it will appear in my screen as 96x96 but people will see it bigger, how this could happen!! u know very good that the oversized DP should be enabled to let others see it bigger!!

Yeah. Resize it using StuffPlug. Then disable Oversized Display Pictures. It will still be large but only to people using either MSNM 6.2 or StuffPlug. You have to resize it first with StuffPlug to get it to work. At least that is what I had to do with my testing.

I might edit that post he made or ask him about it.
