this forum will be one of the few things which hold me back from switching to google talk. others being the entire msn customisation community. i'll be a bit torn

yeah, but what's the point, i'd rather not run multiple ones because then it all get mixed up and slow down my crappy pc.
i hereby wish to force the entire msn-using population to google talk.

Kao was talking about programs like Trillian. Software that can be used to connect to different networks at the same time.

yah, trillian is no good unless u use the payed version, it's a lush program admittedly but it doesn't quite replace the original programs... i used to use it for a while... anyhoo in about 12 minutes we will find out what all the fuss is about... maybe
