I chse to install Plus without the sponsor, or so i thought - but MS antispyware came up with 5 traces of "Messenger Plus." Does this mean the adware was installed, or does this just mean it has just detected it and presumed i might have the version with the adware?

theres a petition to get it removed it detects plus as spyware no matter what... no worries, it is a beta remember

Yes it does this and we are very annoyed about it infact we even made a petiton about it for microsoft to fix this

No, it is not about removing the detection!! It is about fixing the detection so it detects only the installer as an adware bundler and to fix the uninstall routine...
