wow this is a really great idea i am wondering is this just msn on the web do u use your net passport to sign in and did this have to be approved by microsoft?

That post is very misleading. No, you do not have to use your .NET passport information, you just have to give the service your MSN Addy so that the bot itself can add you to it's list so you can recieve messenger sent via the web. And I don't know why it would have to be approved by Microsoft :S.

I actually would suggest to NOT use your .NET passport password.

why? the only data stored that is linked to the password is a irreversible hash
