When you make sound with Plus! it tells you that it is uploaded to a server, is there anyway that users can browse this server?

however you cannot do what you wanted to do, well sort of i suggest soundpacks http://www.mpsounds.net :)

No its not possible.  If you want to add new sounds to your library you can use the Random Sound feature of Messenger Plus! or download some soundpacks from websites such as MPSounds.net
SoundPacks   -   Scripts   -   Skins

that's not a bug, thats an unexpected feature

No you can't browse the server, the link absorbation gave does however show top 10's ;)
