my cousin told me the other day about a program that changes windows explorer completely... makes it totally customisable kinda thing.. a shell of sorts? i know its not window blinds if someoen suggests that.. it was called lightstart or litestart or something along those lines i cant remember... does anyone know what this program is called?

And it doesn't change Windows Explorer - it's a substitute. Basically, Windows runs LiteStep, not explorer.exe.
