the subjects clear enough. im sure i didnt clean them up myself but all my old contacts are gone. any way to get them back ?? most of them are long lost friends and family......so i cant search again.

there might be.. if you use a @hotmail.com account, login  an gthen go to ur CONTACTS Tab an have a look in there for there email addresses an re-add them back to your list, if there, still there

Can I just say that Messenger Plus! will never automatically clear out your contacts, it is impossible, you can only do this yourself, using the "contact list cleanup" feature... .

That's probably a network error or a cache problem. With some luck, uninstalling and re-installing Messenger will fix it (Messenger Plus! cannot be responsible for such problems).

yeah i found it strange that messenger plus would do that. but i didnt even know there was a cleanup feature still i lost all my contacts and was browsing around.

at first i suspested a cache error, but i found it strange that it only deleted contacts which havent been online for past 32 days.(from the day i checked)

anyway Animal's suggestion worked. 99% of the contacts are in my email. thanks for the help !! will still support messenger PLUS =)
