i was listening to my music on my mp3 player (when plugged in pc), then i safely unplugged it, chnaged battery and what do i see, it all the songs are fuked up, weird characters, remixes the songs together and plays them from a random point. when plugged into pc, it's recognized (icon is taskbar) but i can't open it

or should i just tell futureshop to fix it?

if it's an ipod you can resotre the software on it and hopefully that should fix what's cupport then just re-add your songs. Your player may have something similar
