Moveable -> Click + hold + drag...
Resizable -> Will mess up the image but its possible

this looks very promising, i think if it where linked to plus it would be better, so it would load up my notes when plus loads and save them?

also a couple of features maybe color, transparency (i dont use standard windows theme and i know many others dont, so if we coupld change color to suit)

Good work so far tho and very fast
