I checked the Hebrew file and it does have a MessengerEvents section. Could there be a bug in your software?

Well, the X symbol in Choli's translator can mean either that a section is missing or that some values in a section are missing. In this case, our Hebrew translators mistyped ContactPsmChanged as ConcactPsmChanged in MessengerEvents section.

I think you'd want to manually modify the file then, Patchou
