I wanted to stream video thru  msn  so it appears  where the webcam broadcasts, i heard is possible with camtasia , is someone can help me with this i will be really thankfull.

Is it that hard?

Instead of streaming a webcam image he wants to stream video using Camstasia. I forget exactly how its done but you have to set Camstasia to act as a video source. Like I said I forget how tho and its not installed on this PC.
