I have a weird question now:

Of course, everybody knows what allow/block list means.

When I'm there; I see the names of contacts even if I deleted them hundreds of years ago. Yeah, it IS normal, but the real problem is that I can delete SOME contacts from allow and block lists, I can delete none of them that are on my contact list (this is normal, ok), but I can delete only some of the contacts that aren't on my list anymore. Nothing to do with the time passed since I've deleted them. Why can't I delete people I've deleted from my list years ago from my allow list? You'll say "just move to block list", that's not the problem. Those lists are completely a mess and I want them to look clean.

Any recommendations?

You can't delete them from there if you are still on their list.

A program that can help you view and clean the lists more easily is Noroom's Listmanager

If you really want them off you can ask them to delete you from their list. No other way than that.
