Hey.

I just updated my Msn Messenger to the latest .0319 version using the QFE Patch off mess.be.  However, i'm not sure if the latest msgplus! version (3.61.145) is supported with this?

Yes it is and the same applies for skins, not sure about patches

Which kind of answers my next question .

I was wondering if the latest mess patch (the .0311 version) would work with Messenger after i've used this patch?

Best way is too test it, it wont do any harm it will just not work, however a-patch is usually updated quicker so i suggest you try that

Update: Just realized your the dude behind Feel Blue Skin. Nice work!.

I think MessPatch will not work because it detects the version before patching but A Patch has been updated.

Not nessecairly...

Any Messenger version released after the latest Messenger Plus version is not fully tested for compatibility. There may be things which are broken. Nevertheless, useually Messenger Plus! stays fully compatible with further minor build updates. Thus small problems might exist, though are extremely rare.

The issue of small problems is bigger concearning skins and even bigger concearning patches (which are quite often not generic but "build"-specific).

But for all this (Plus!, skins, patches, etc) it is like Absorbation said:
