This sounds like a classic textbook example of generic drivers which provide no graphics acceleration.
well I personally havent installed the drivers but i dont think the computer technichian did either as when i go to the display properties it does not say what graphics card i am running on. Thank you for the advice, i will install the drivers and see if that works and keep you updated.
EDIT: I just installed the drivers and now it is working completely fine. Thanks especially to Chris Boulton.
