I don't know for sure, but I guess yes. If you are able to start other games or apps (which I presume) you should be able to start this too. It is just JavaScript, and the IE engine is used to make it visually!

Yes they do. Even WLM at one side and 7.5 on the other side isn't a problem. You only need IE to launch the app .
