i have just formated my PC and i have M$ XP home edition with SP2
i have used the disk several times before and not had this problem
but now
i dont have microsoft paintt or the games{which i dont care about}
but i need paint or similar software for screenshots which are urgent.
please help

get Paint.net instead, advanced MS paint

go to control panel>add remove programs>add remove components>click on accessories and then click on details to the side> find paint and games and then check them off and press ok.

but i suggest not using any sceenshot taking programs because it'll waste ram when running in the background
