not sure where to put this so ill start here.

running msn7.5 and newest MsgPlus
trying to view messege log files and all i get are repeating download windows which wont stop untill i freeze my zone alarm firewall then cancel out.
annoying as h***

ive tried uninstalling both and reinstalling them but get the same thing.

any suggestions ?

If they're Plus! logs, they should open in Notepad.

Any setting in Zone Alarm you can change? I've never seen a download message ever before on opening a chatlog (chatlogs are stored on your comp..nowhere else)...i think you mean ZA is scanning the log before opening???
