i cant get onto msn using WLM... i was invited so its not a dodgy way or anything... but i can use msn 7.5...

anyone else having trouble?

it just comes up signing in.... then stops and goes back to asif i'd jsut opened it with the sign in button there....

Its a random problem. Run the repair once and that does it forme .... its usually a problem with the dns file which needs resetting ... occassionally tho its a problem with the key ports .... both of which are fixed by the repair function

i just left it... wqas using msn 7.5... my downstairs computer connected with wlm so i tried my upstairs computer and that worked too.... strange

I know why it might have happened.

One reason can be that you were using the MSNP13 Downgrader when you were not invited. And when you got invited you can't sign and takes you back to the log-in screen.

What you must do is unistall the MSNP13 Downgrader from Add/Remove Programs and reinstall WLM, that would get it to work.

If you don't have the downgrader, then repair or reinstall WLM.

never used it i heard about the security issues with the downgrader and didnt bother.... ohwell.. it works now

Probably WLM server problems all along
