And if it is somewhere else you could suppose that it is a more advanced user (in order to be able to do that)

Note that:
In some cases where the file you download is an executable installer (*.exe) then you should
install the files on the folder stated in previous posts
In case the file you download is an archive (*.zip, *.rar) you should open that and see if the contents contain an executable (*.exe) to run, or a (*.dll) the actual plugin that you need to
extract to the folder stated above.
Then you need to enable plugins within Plus!
From the contactList menu go to:
Plus > Preferences > then goto Plugins > and tick the option to enable plugins...
You will need to restart Messenger to enable the effect.
After restarting messeger repeate teh procedure to make sure that the individual plugin is visible in the list below and it ticked (enabled).
