RE: harry potter!
I think that Luna is a good choice. What annoys me about a lot of people is that they say that the film is nothing like they imagined it blah blah blah. The film is the directors' and producers' interpretation of the book. They are not meant to coincide, they exist as seperate entities.
Talking about book 7, here are a few things that I have picked up on...
Firstly, the whole series is split into two trilogies and a finale. The two trilogies have overlapped a bit, for example
in book 1 and 4, Harry was fighting Voldemort being recreated, the first time it wasn't successful though.
in book 2 and 5, (this one isn't so good) Harry was fighting memories, Tom Riddle's diary in book 2, and Harry was supposed to try and fight of Voledmort's mind attacks.
in book 3 and 6, they weren't fighting Voldemort at all.
Book 7 exists on its own, so there is no way to pattern it from previous book.
the two book rule, I find really interesting.
In book 1, we saw that people can be animagii (McGonnagall transformed from a cat) in book 3 (two books later) Animagii were very important to the plot.
In book 2, we learnt about polyjuice potion, it wasn't really that important to the plot (we just found out that Draco wasn't the heir to slytherin, we could have found out another way easily) but in book 4, it become very important again (it also becomes fairly significant 2 books on again in book 6)
Book 3 - Trelawny give a prophecy
Book 5 - we learn of THE prophecy
Book 4 - Pensive
Book 6 - Pensive
Book 5 - ?????
something in book 5, will be the key too book 7.
And finally, Snape is good. I think that Snape heard the whole prophecy, but only told Voldemort part of the prophecy so that Voldemort would try and kill Harry, failing and creating the one person that would be able to stand up and kill Voldemort. This it thr real reason that Dumbledore trusts Snape. Not because he is sorry, because frankly that is a lame reason.
