I doubt you will be able to get all of the contacts without remembering that password, as there is no way to get the password using any service or emailing msn messenger.
Just try your hardest to remember everything to do with the password, secret answers etc. you'll find it sooner or later. Other than that, the only thing to do is forget about the contacts
