i would like to set up my own small forum and was wondering if any one has links to good, free, with ftp access and mysql compatability and ideal with no ads.

i have a hosting package with lou_habs {free} and i cant have 2 with out payinf for one
and last time i spoke to Traxor about it he couldnt do it, not 100% sure why - im too tired to think of the reason
