Ok,
A plug-in that you can put idividual pictures for each contact.
So the display image is different for each contact which you can choose yourself.
I'm sorry if there is already one
But you can change them all to a set one from the main messaenger but

I hate to say this but I am really ashamed you asked this. This has been asked countless times. Both sides of the discussion as well, showing custom display pictures fo each contact or selecting a different display picture that each contact sees. You been here long enough you should have seen these .

As wee say to the n00bs use the search feature .

I would like to have it but on the other hand you could put an embarrassing picture of someone on your display picture and not let them see it, or something on them lines. It would get frustrating.
