I Recomend Piczo - you can upload any still image very very easly and fast, the better you are at creating your own html's the more you will like it but there are loads and loads of help sites that give you tips and ready made html's

Only 10MB MYSQL database, but you can't expect more from a allow anyone free host. I think I'm going to use it, or Xr4Free(this requires a domain name that's not .tk to prevent abuse), for anything but the database(when I'm ready to move an old forum for a community) . Just need to buy a cheap computer before I'm ready to host my own database(almost unlimited database size)
