i am having troubles with firefox. it randomly crashes, wid the "Firefox.exe has encountered an error" problem, and it randomly refuses to open sites.
can someone fix it?

have you tried unistall/reinstall?

yes, same problems are there.

have you installed any extensions before it happened?

no, i dont have any extension, its a clean version, without even skins!

could you uninstall-reboot-reinstall it ?? I think you need to clean install it ..... it could solve the problem

start > run > firefox -profilemanager

create a new profile
