Not the right one, the right one is of a LAN with no floor space so he is on the ceiling with his monitor stuck up there too.

Because you're 18. And in many countries that is being adult.

He's 13... His parents can force him to do anything without his permission (within common sense of course :dodgy:).

As long as he isn't an adult, his parent do not need his permission. On the contrary, he needs his parents permission to do stuff.

When it comes down to it, he hasn't much to say in decision making. Parents still have guardian (or whatever the proper English terms are) over their non-adult children.

Thus no, forcing him into the car/train/plane would not be child assult at all (unless they use a heated rod).

well tbh if any UK staff see any type of confrontation between adults and children they will and can have the power to prevent you from travelling and will let child protection people know and they will investigate.

actualy child assult cases have been won over events involving far less force

the "force" inflicted is not the only determination in such cases. And I'm sure that the cases you talk about were about much more than putting your child on a train every week to go to bording school.

I don't see any reason at all for a judge to rule against parents, parents who are otherwise perfectly normal parents, which put their child on a bording school because they think it is the best for their child... all just because the child doesn't like it....

What's next then? Putting parents in jail because they let a child eat spinach? As far as I know all this is call education and growing up though... I bet a judge will rule the same.

Unless, of course, there is more to it like child neglection, abuse and what not...
