if I want to copy an emoticon from anybody else on my msn I get a message from msn messanger

this is an invalid file use another file.

Nobody can help me to solve this problem.
I have asked helpdesk from msn and they said to remove plus.
I did but the problem remains.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

It is a bug caused by messenger itself and not plus. This is a common bug due to the file format
