I know in MSN Messenger 7.5 you can "appear offline" but is there a way to do this and be able to still message someone? I'm told there is but no one seems to know how. I go in appear offline and I can still click on a contact and the window comes up but the typing part is greyed out. Is there a plugin or anything to get around this?

And also Stuffplug doesn't have this. It has the ability to talk to contacts you have blocked.

How could you not know?! That is like the biggest feature of WLM besides folder sharing .

Offline Messaging rocks! haha... I dunno... that way a bunch of stupid people you don't want to talk to you don't talk to you. haha... But talking to blocked contacts is cool too.

Thanks for all the reply's. I couldn't get stuffplug to work. I'm thinking about Windows Live Messenger. I have Windows Live Mail and love it. But I want to know if I try the Messenger and don't like it can I revert back to Messenger 7.5?? I don't want to use it unless I can if I don't like it.
