For the current version, yes.

In Plus! 3.63 you can choose Spanish-Spain or Spanish-Latino. Those two translations are completed and finished.

For Plus! Live 4.x, we are curerntly working in the new translation. There will be only one translation, called Spanish, and will be availabe with the first public release of Plus! Live
