Hey,

i was on my way to the bed actually before a while, and when i was looking at my http://www.thetechex.net]site i didn't see the favicon i have set, so i check also google, as the have a favicon for their site it is also not appearing

so appearantly it is a problem with my browser, but i have just cleared the cookies and cache what whould be causin that, i have no time to search i wont search instead of sleeping lol so it is better to directly ask

It shows properly in Firefox here. I don't think Internet Explorer shows favicons in the address bar. It showed up when I added the page to my Favorites though.

Seems like nothing's wrong here, just Internet Explorer being dodgy correct

As much as it sends shudders down my spine to say this, but IE is handling it the correct way
Favicons are intend to be used as the icon for the site in your favorites (hence favicon), however most browsers display them all the time, which while not adhearing to the standards, is better IMO

Well it used to appear in IE and without even adding it to the favorites list
